displaced Sabbath

Sometimes rest is delayed
Life finds busyness to fill the moments
Sleep comes so very late
The mind filled with worry and tasks

A day comes when there is nothing left to do
Perhaps there is always something to be done
The day comes were there are no deadlines
Everything can be put off until tomorrow

Seems when that day comes, its best to do little
The body does need the rest
A full mind can be exhausting
The body was made for rest

The mail remains unread
New study is left untouched
Tomorrow can take care of itself
Tomorrow is big enough for the worries of today

The worries of yesterday were all the body can bear
Today is a Sabbath, all worries belong to another day
